1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fast Demands AI platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and any other individuals or organizations that access the platform.

2. Description of Services

Fast Demands AI provides an AI-powered legal document automation platform designed to assist personal injury and plaintiff law firms in generating demand letters, case summaries, and related legal documentation. The Services are intended for use by licensed legal professionals and their authorized staff.

Fast Demands AI does not provide legal advice. The outputs generated by the platform are drafts intended for attorney review and approval before use. No attorney-client relationship is created through the use of the Services.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify Fast Demands AI immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Services is provided under a subscription model. Subscription plans, pricing, and included allocations are described on the Fast Demands AI pricing page. By subscribing to the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing plan you select.

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Additional usage beyond your included monthly allocation is billed at the published per-unit rate for each module.

Fast Demands AI reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services following a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems connected to the Services
• Use the Services to transmit unsolicited communications or spam
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to the Fast Demands AI Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fast Demands AI processes protected health information in accordance with HIPAA requirements. A Business Associate Agreement is executed with each firm before any protected health information is processed through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and design, are owned by Fast Demands AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Fast Demands AI a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fast Demands AI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outputs generated will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular legal purpose.

All outputs generated by the platform are drafts intended for attorney review and approval. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking responsibility for any documents transmitted on behalf of your clients.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Demands AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Demands AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Fast Demands AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

Fast Demands AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
